Cinnamon Home US Limited Product Warranty
Coverage:
This warranty covers our products if found to be defective in construction, material or workmanship under normal non-commercial use and cared for in accordance with the instructions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, professional and commercial use, accidents, natural disasters, or use of the product not in accordance with the product instructions. It also does not apply to normal wear and tear, loss, theft or damage in transit, minor color variations, or cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product.
Procedure:
If you require warranty service for your product, please contact our customer service and provide us with proof of purchase, a description and photos of the alleged defect. We will conduct warranty verification and evaluation of the product, and upon confirmation, we will decide to repair or replace the product, valid for the applicable warranty period of the product.
Limitation of Liability:
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. WE WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
